Dear NRLAX Families,

We miss you!!!!!

We are cautiously excited to open our registration for the spring season. It is important for us to be able to gauge who will be playing the great sport of lacrosse.  Therefore we are asking for a very minimal deposit of $25 dollars when you register with the balance automatically charged March 15 or later as we move forward with the season.

We do anticipate that registration will be limited, so we encourage you to register asap.  If you left your registration money from the 2020 season, you have already been registered for the 2021 season.

We optimistic that with all the safety precautions in place we wil be playing lax.  We also understand that we have the flexibility to start the season later that normal if needed.  We will perhaps mimic what the schools are with spring sports. You can register on NRLAX.COM or cut and paste the link here.

Now some more exciting news. Jordan Tiger our High School Varsity Coach and NRHS Physical Education Teacher will be Co-President of New Rochelle Youth Lacrosse with me this year. The plan will be for him to take the program to the next level moving forward.  My youngest Matthew will graduate the program this year. As the Grateful Dead said, “What a Long Strange Trip It’s Been”.

We are always looking for new blood and ideally some of you with young families to step up and take us to new heights. In the last few years alone, we have sent more than a handful of players to participate in college lacrosse. This is very exciting, and we aim to continue this. Lastly, we ask you to reach out to all your children’s friend and hook them.

Yours in lacrosse,

Pat Swift        Co President

Jordan Tiger   Co President

Kevin Kessler    Board member

Ali Giordano      Board member

Matt Bruschi      Board Member

Megan Collins    Board Member

Sean Zemlyak    Board Member

BTW - It is a well-known fact that lacrosse players do very well in the classroom.
