New Rochelle Lacrosse is for the boys and girls of New Rochelle and neighboring communities that do not have youth lacrosse. Our grades 3- 8 teams are travel teams. We play other town teams. Our Mites teams are practice based and usually have 2- 3 games at the end of the season.   Intro is designed to learn the basics of lacrosse with beginner sticks and fun. You do not need to buy anything for intro. 

 We have:

Intro to Lacrosse for pre k and K who meet once a week. Generally, early Saturday mornings

Mites Grades (1 and 2) for Boys -  8th grade - Full equipment required.

Lacrosse Helmet, Shoulder pads, elbow pads, lacrosse gloves, mouthpiece and protective cup. 

Mites for Girls - 8th grade 

Girls will need stick goggles and mouthpiece.
